Our MOQ starts at 100 units for most products including hang tags, woven labels, and leather patches. For rigid packaging boxes, MOQs begin at 200 units. Sample runs of smaller quantities are available during prototyping, with a nominal sample fee credited against the bulk order.
Standard production lead time is 15โ25 business days after sample approval and payment. Rush orders (7โ12 business days) are available for select products at an additional charge. We always provide a confirmed production timeline on order confirmation.
Yes. Our in-house design studio handles everything from logo integration to full artwork development. You can supply print-ready files (PDF/AI/EPS) or brief us directly. Design consultation is complimentary for orders over 500 units.
We work with genuine and PU leather, kraft and coated paperboard, recycled board, woven fabric, cotton and satin ribbon, metal hardware, and biodegradable plastics. Finishes include hot foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold), embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte/gloss lamination, and soft-touch coating.
Yes โ we ship to over 50 countries via DHL, FedEx, and sea freight. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available for most destinations.
Absolutely. We strongly recommend physical sample approval before bulk production. Sample lead time is 5โ10 business days. A nominal sample fee applies, which is fully credited against your confirmed bulk order.
Our QC process covers raw material inspection upon receipt, in-line checks during production, and a pre-shipment final inspection covering color accuracy, dimensions, print quality, and structural integrity. Full inspection reports are issued with every shipment.
Yes. We offer recycled paper and cardboard, soy-based inks, biodegradable polybags, FSC-certified board, and vegan/PU leather alternatives. Material certifications (FSC, OEKO-TEX) are available on request for sustainability-reporting purposes.
